The project is located in the Gulf of Fonseca region, city of El Viejo, Department of Chinandega; and is currently found in its natural conditions. It needs to be provided with an electrical system, water storage tanks and a sewage system.

The project requires an infrastructure with international quality standards so as to attend national and international medical tourism.

The Government of Nicaragua offers concessions so as to develop one or more of the project’s components.
